Forged Pick-Hoe with Ash Handle, Krumpholz 2.5 kg

The technological process is strictly defined. The steel used is CK Swedish steel, which is heated to 1200°C and then formed using a heavy press with a force of 500 tons. The tools are also shaped with a pneumatic hammer delivering a 150 kg impact force. This forging process compresses the steel molecules, resulting in the highest product quality. The next step is quenching the steel in oil at approximately 800°C, followed by reheating to around 400°C to relieve any possible internal stresses.
